I want to ride my bi-cy-cle, I want to ride my bike

I bought a beauty recycled bike too for 4000yen and have been on a few bike rides which often result in me getting myself in some right sticky situations. First time was a adventurous bike ride to neighbouring city
ChibaOne of Japan's 47 prefectures. Located just East of Tokyo and home to such well known sites as Narita International Airport and Tokyo Disney Land. from Narita - 26km in 1:30hrs. Thats good going in my books. Really nice city too with a simspons style monorail running through. Then on the way back, pitch black because it was about 8:30 got a puncture half way home! I ain't stupid though, I had brought a pump and puncture kit, however you try finding where the puncture is in the middle of the night next to a major road! Not fun! After messing round for about 20mins this life-saver called Ito pulled over and gave me a lift all the way back to Narita with my bike too. I owe him my life! The next day I fixed the puncture and was good as new.
More recentley I started off on a bike ride to a port called Choshi which looked about the same distance as Chiba from Narita on a certain map, boy was i wrong, cycled for about 3:30 hrs up and down hills to get there. Nice place with this cool port tower with awesome views. Then on the way back, pitch black again took me about 4hrs to get back home. Honestly thought i wouldnt make it. The funny thing was though that Yama-san my boss had asked me to bring back a souviner from my travels. So at the port tower i bought some blueberry caramel which i thought would have to prove i had been there. However when I returned I only found out it is actually made in Narita - if it wasnt for the cheap Choshi plastic bag i got it with I could of just have stayed in Narita for all everone knew!
