Visit Sakura-gicho, Yokohama

The first time I visited Sakura-gicho by JR Negishi Line, I was so impressed at the wide, spacious, progressive town. It’s surrounded by nice and famous hotels like the Sakura-gicho Washington Hotel, Pacific Hotel, Marutani Hotel, YokohamaJapan's second largest city and the capital of Kanagawa prefecture. Mandarin Hotel, Breezebay Hotel and many more. Remind you that these hotels are not only famous but they have the best accommodations with reasonable prices inn whole Japan. Sakura-gicho is only a station away from Yokohama, 45 minutes away from Tokyo and is very easy to locate. Japanese trains and subways are very convenient though.
My experience in Sakura-gicho, Yokohama last summer was great! I enjoyed shopping at the famous Landmark Tower Mall where you can find all you need. I also enjoyed eating at the cozy restaurants at the Queen’s Square. You would be satisfied in Sakura-gicho and wanting not to go back to the over crowded place of Tokyo. Thing is, Sakura-gicho is balanced with both commercial and environmental. You can find big companies there mostly offices near the station but there are several interesting spots to look at like the carnival, the great, unique shapes hotels, and the green gardens that could refresh your stressful minds. One thing great here, no noisy pachinkos around. Unlike Tokyo where many noisy pachinkos scattered around, like mushrooms growing from place to place decorated with over-colored lights. Sakura-gicho is very enticing, simple and sweet place that definitely would interest you in so many ways.
The balance of nature and industry is obviously noticeable the moment you step out at the station. You can breathe deeply because the place is surrounded with green trees and beautiful mini-gardens and malls are located in a common place. There are many interesting recreational sites here too – free of charge, like the famous ships displayed just in front of the station. You wouldn’t need big amount of money to tour and socialize around Sagura-gicho.
There are many professional gaijins stationed here in Sakura-gicho. Why not!? You can find JGC office here, one of the biggest groups of companies in the entire Japan that operates engineering firms and construct power plants worldwide. There are so many offices here too engaged in engineering designs and consultancy. All in all, Sakura-gicho, Yokohama can be a top, most visited place in Japan.

Most of the stuff you've described is actually Minato Mirai 21 district. Sakuragicho is defined as east from the station to Nihonodori (134), south to the Bashamichi/Kannai districts, north to Takashimacho/Shin Takashima and west until Nogeyama. I can add a picture if necessary.
